What is the FPCP

What is the Fuel Poverty Connection Programme?

The FPCP is the brainchild of a likeminded group of Retrofit experts who saw an opportunity to do something to provide some extra help to the customers we were seeing daily who needed a hand with their fuel bills.

Specifically, it’s about sharing our expertise to allow people to access the Government funding available, a task currently done by non-industry experts or ‘lead generators’. We often found people were being overpromised while the limited resources and capacity of the Retrofit industry was being wasted due to customers not being qualified properly.

We also have a unique ethos in the market in that we will advocate for any profit made on the installs firstly be used to pay off any outstanding fuel debts of the customer prior to the installer making their net profits, and we will negotiate for this outcome as much as possible.
